Mechanical testing machine analysis and selection method introduction

Throughout the plastics mechanical properties of the relevant standards, the test machine control mode requirements are almost all speed control, so whether from the control mode or speed range, test stroke and test machine tonnage, this type of model is the first choice for the mechanical properties of plastics testing.

2、Electro-hydraulic servo universal material testing machine

This type of testing machine is currently a better performance of a test machine, because it adopts electro-hydraulic servo control technology, can realize the force, displacement, deformation closed-loop control, has good control performance. Currently in the metal, building materials and other needs of constant stress, constant strain and the need for creep test occasions use more, but due to the limitations of the oil source flow, his test speed is low. In order to increase the system stiffness, to ensure the stable operation of the closed-loop control, this type of test machine stroke is small, and the operation is complex, the expansion of the configuration is more difficult, less than 10KN models, so it is not very suitable for the test of plastic and rubber materials.
