The entire test system is based on a horizontally mounted base plate with T-slots on the foundation, and each hydraulic actuator unit is designed as an independent module, using an independently removable portal frame and specialized fixtures. The portal frame is moved into position when required and bolted to the steel floor, while the hydraulic actuator cylinders are mounted on the upper beam of the portal frame or in a dedicated position.

The use of parallel sets of high pressure, high flow, high power oil pump motor unit, with the relevant oil storage, cooling, safety, filtration, electronic control unit, combined into an independent hydraulic pumping station, as the energy to provide the source of each hydraulic action unit. In order to provide a comfortable test environment and reduce operating noise, the hydraulic pump station is placed in an independent closed environment outside the test room, under the floor in the test room laid back to the type of oil pipeline connected to the hydraulic pump station. A number of connections are provided on the piping in the test chamber, and high pressure hoses can be used to transfer hydraulic fluid to the hydraulic actuator when required.

The support part is designed to fit various test specimens and various tests, and is bolted to the iron floor at a suitable position on the lower part of the hydraulic actuator. During the test, the test specimen is placed on the support part, the test control system is activated, and the actuating piston is ejected to provide the test load to the test specimen to complete the whole test process.

Modular structure design can make the testers simple and convenient to build a variety of test platforms, completely independent of the shape of the specimen and the test requirements of the limitations of the random combination of the test system, make full use of the test equipment, to achieve the sharing of resources.
